Our administrative and legal assistance are always provided by two volunteers, one is French (or French-speaking) and one is a Tibetan translator.
Our services respond to various requests:
- Information on social rights.
- Management of administrative mail.
- Administrative procedures: housing application, DALO file, health insurance and transport.
- Advice for the redaction of cover letters and resume for job hunting. Management of administrative documents.
- Translation of life stories for the asylum application interview at OFPRA.
- Legal information concerning asylum applications, family reunification and French nationality application.
- Taking appointments with professionals: doctors, lawyers, professional translators, etc.
Duty periods are done remotely using video phone call on the What's app application, from Monday to Saturday.
If the follow up requiers in person appointment, they can be organised in our partners facilities : Inalco, FTCR or the Kokonor restaurant.
